Cancellation & Refund Policy

Time taken for processing refunds:
We shall initiate the refund process within 2 working days once your refund is confirmed by management. The time taken in settlement of your refund amount shall take upto 7 working days depending on the policy of banks involved. We shall make sure that the process is completed as soon as possible within the stipulated timeline; however, there is a possibility of delay in case of any unforeseen/uncontrollable circumstances.

We accept cancellation requests from our guests, with rules specified in the format below:

Cancellation Period Refund
Cancellation until 2 weeks before the date of check-in 100% refund
Between 14 to 3 days prior to the date of check-in 50% refund
3 days prior to the date of check-in No refund
